Analysis service
FROM DIN TO HIGH-TECH
For many years, we have been offering our customers a wide range of analysis methods and techniques for heat transfer fluids, tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
Two things are important to us in this regard: determining the best possible database and evaluating the analysis results for the customer so that they can successfully implement them in their production processes.

Basic analyses
The following tests are offered by FRAGOL:
- Synthetic heat transfer fluids according to DIN 51529
- Mineral oil-based heat transfer fluids according to DIN 51529
- Determining the proportion of silicone oil in the thermal oil for biomass heating plants with ORC circuit.
- Special analytics
High-Tech analyses
At FRAGOL, we also rely on a range of innovative methods and state-of-the-art analysis techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of the condition of your heat transfer fluids. We offer the following high-tech analyses:
- IR spectroscopy: Detects molecular changes and contamination
- GC-FID: Provides accurate composition analysis
- ICP: Detects metals and trace elements, indicating corrosion
- NMR: Provides detailed structural analysis for maximum accuracy
- Low-temperature rheometry: Evaluates flow behaviour under
extreme conditions - Customised special analysis
- Special analysis
Temperblock® – Patented analysis method from FRAGOLFRAGOL's high level of innovation in developing its own analysis methods is evident in the Temperblock®. This is a patented, proprietary method for precisely controlling the temperature of heat transfer fluids up to 430 °C. In use for four years, it supports quality control and product development, demonstrating FRAGOL's technical expertise and innovative strength in the field of high-temperature heat transfer fluids. |
