Application
THERMINOL®* 62 is a synthetic heat transfer fluid or indirect heating systems. The thermal stability from THERMINOL®* 62 is significantly better that other mineral oils, the result is a better price/performance ratio. With a viscosity of 291 mm²/s at 10 °C,THERMINOL®* 62 is easier pumpable at lower temperature than most of the other heat transfer fluids on mineral oil-based.
THERMINOL®* 62 offers an excellent range of services to 325 °C including excellent heat resistance and low steam pressure. This characteristics lead to a reliable, consistent operation of the heat transfer plant over a longer period.
