Application
FRAGOLTHERM® F-12 is usable pressureless to 194 °C and with a pressure overlay usable to 230 °C. The steam pressure is approx. 2.1 bar absolute at 230 °C.
FRAGOLTHERM® F-12 is ideally suited for heating/cooling processes that also require operating points in the low-temperature range. Typical areas of application include temperature control process in the pharmaceutical industry and climatic chambers.
FRAGOLTHERM® F-12 has been classified by the NSF as “HT1”, i.e. it is approved for applications in which unintended contact with food may occasionally arise.
FRAGOLTHRM® F-12 also fulfils the FDA requirements according to point:
